\u00a0#thehuntson to find as many of Australia\u2019s natural treasures as we can. <\/strong>Natural Bridge rock arch in Springbrook National Park is certainly one worth finding. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Less than an hour\u2019s drive from the Gold Coast and about 1.5hours from Brisbane city, it\u2019s an easy way to give yourself that \u2018lost in the wilderness\u2019 feel any day of the week.<\/p>\n

The drive itself is quite spectacular too, so don\u2019t rush. Through gorgeously green grassy farming land, up steep, winding hills to breathtaking views, you\u2019ll be amongst the clouds in no time where its cool and quiet.<\/p>\n

Natural Bridge is located within the ancient Gondwana rainforest, and accessible from the designated car park via an easy 1km circuit walk.<\/p>\n

Look up to see massive bird\u2019s nest and staghorn ferns lodged in tiny crevices in towering trees, and hoop pines from another age. Look down to see Australian brush turkeys scratching through leaf litter or scuttling across the path. Look through to spot carpet pythons or wompoo fruit doves if you are very lucky \u2013 I wasn\u2019t, this time.<\/p>\n

Just look. And listen. Hear the roar first, as water cascades over the rock arch into the stream below. Feel the cooling mist on your face and see the sunlight dancing off ripples and spotlighting the stars of the show, the waterfall and the rock bridge. The glistening white waterfall contrasts spectacularly with the pool it pours into \u2013 jade green water that reflects surrounding vegetation and dark rock formations.<\/p>\n

Venture a little further under the rock arch to watch microbats dipping and diving in their upside down world. At night the cave is said to be illuminated with glowworms, luminous fungi and fireflies.<\/p>\n

The circuit soon affords a view from above the waterfall, so stop and look for the natural swimming hole halfway up. Swimming is prohibited in the area to protect the delicate ecosystem, so instead, take your time to breathe, and relax, and pretend to be lost in this special wilderness.<\/p>\n

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) are a fantastic tool for gaining a better Google ranking, because Google values a website that provides someone with all the information needed to make an educated decision.  And, FAQs take the pressure off the business owner having to repeatedly<\/em> answer client questions (you know what I mean, right?). They also help educate the market about what your product or service can do and why yours is better<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why are FAQs important?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

FAQs are an essential selling tool because these questions are the very same ones your target market is asking in their own head. If the business owner (you!) cannot answer these for the customer, the customer will go elsewhere to a company that can. It is psychologically proven that if we have unanswered questions about a product (e.g. how much is it, is there a money back guarantee etc.), we cannot process through the mental steps required to feel confident in purchasing the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few tips on how to write a powerful FAQ quickly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Write out the top 20 or 30 questions you often get asked by people who are considering buying from you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start with the basics, no matter how obvious or ordinary they may seem. For example, if I was writing copy for a florist, I would write down the most mundane questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Can I order online?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Do you offer free delivery?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Can I add chocolates or gifts to my order?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf What is the minimum purchase?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would then follow that up with more detailed questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf What if the flowers I order are not fresh?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Do you offer a money back guarantee?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf How long does it take to get my flowers delivered?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Do you belong to an accredited floristry organisation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Answer the questions.<\/strong> Then, you simply write out the answers in the most elegant, persuasive and concise way you can. This now becomes your FAQ. Easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few more reasons why writing an FAQ in this way makes sense:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. It provides you with the raw material for the rest of your copy.<\/strong> I always start out with the FAQ because it helps me understand my client\u2019s product better and it also becomes the foundation for all the other copy on the website or brochure. With a bit of tweaking, cutting and pasting, and re-writing, I can use what I have already written for other pages. This is a very time efficient and productive way of writing copy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. They are easy to read.<\/strong> Everyone loves a Q and A because they help us get answers to questions we need answered. Not everyone needs every question answered but having a clearly laid out, well written FAQ means readers can scan quickly through the text and find what they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. It helps you show online customers you care about their experience.<\/strong> Taking the time to put yourself in the customer\u2019s shoes means that you can pinpoint then respond to their real needs and queries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
